  1. This is here for information purposes only and disabled. If checked, it means that the file is open by another application. It cannot be marked as not busy without actually closing it.

  3. Check this to lock the file. Once locked, the file cannot be written to nor can it be emptied from the Trash ... unless the option key is down.

  5. If any of the other attributes are changed, we should mark this unchecked to force the Finder to reconfigure the file. The Finder itself will then re-set this bit once changed.
